Our story
2019
Drivr started in Berlin as an experimental mission to solve a painful problem— disconnected heating systems were generating siloed data, leaving teams blind to performance issues and innovation. Disconnected devices and legacy hardware—no easy fix, but we saw an opportunity.
2021
After three years of development, we launched Drivr’s pilot IoT platform and successfully connected our first heating device. It wasn’t glamorous, but it proved that real-time data and remote monitoring can transform heating systems.
2022
A year later, we expanded into predictive maintenance, unlocking insights and changing the way devices were managed.
2022
A pivotal year. We connected 20,000+ HVAC systems across Europe. Scaling from an experimental solution to a mission-critical platform. We doubled in size, bringing in specialists in edge computing and energy management.
2024-2025
What began as a niche project now powers 45,000+ devices. We’ve grown beyond heating systems and are now helping businesses innovate on existing systems with modern IoT.
